We're looking for a multilingual customer support & operations hero at Tournify (French, Dutch & English)

Tournify is a leading platform for tournament and league scheduling. We help sports event organisers manage their event, from registration to the award ceremony. With over 250,000 organisers using Tournify worldwide, our app reaches millions of players and fans, helping bring sports communities together.

💬 What will you do?
As a customer support & operations hero, you'll be the first point of contact for our users: tournament and league organizers. You help them via email, chat, and sometimes by phone. It's your job to troubleshoot their challenges, and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and helpful responses. You'll work closely with our developers to handle bugs, feature requests, or complex inquiries.

Within a startup, a lot happens, so you can also use your versatility for various (backoffice) tasks, such as maintaining administration, writing knowledge articles, and optimizing processes. This way, you'll be involved with everything that supports customers and our team behind the scenes, with a lot of personal responsibility, and room for new ideas.

🏅 What do you bring?

  • You're fluent in Dutch, French, and English so you’re able to support customers in their native language across our core markets
  • You’re analytical, customer-focused and tech-savvy. You work with software daily and enjoy testing out new AI tools to find smarter ways of working
  • You're into (team) sports, eager to learn, and have an all-round skill set
  • You don't mind working 5 days a week, so we can provide support every working day
  • You feel at home in a startup environment where you can truly make an impact. Our small team consists of front-end developer Babette, back-end developer Christiaan, and owner Abel, in addition to you.

💪 What do we offer you?

  • A contract for 30 to 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days
  • A good gross monthly salary of €3,200 (based on 40 hours) + 8% holiday allowance
  • 30 holiday days (based on 40 hours)
