We're looking for a multilingual customer support & operations hero at Tournify (French, Dutch & English)

With over 250,000 organisers using Tournify worldwide, our app reaches millions of players and fans, helping bring sports communities together.
💬 What will you do?
As a customer support & operations hero, you'll be the first point of contact for our users: tournament and league organizers. You help them via email, chat, and sometimes by phone. It's your job to troubleshoot their challenges, and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and helpful responses. You'll work closely with our developers to handle bugs, feature requests, or complex inquiries.
Within a startup, a lot happens, so you can also use your versatility for various (backoffice) tasks, such as maintaining administration, writing knowledge articles, and optimizing processes. This way, you'll be involved with everything that supports customers and our team behind the scenes, with a lot of personal responsibility, and room for new ideas.
